Pack heavier items in smaller boxes so they stay manageable to lift. Wrap fragile items individually in bubble wrap before boxing them together. Fill gaps in boxes so contents don't shift in transit or storage. Label boxes clearly, especially if they're going straight into a unit for a while.

Kathryn was so understanding about us not knowing what time we’d arrive and she was really welcoming when we did arrive. She showed us our storage unit and explained the process in detail, and went through all the paperwork thoroughly with me. The whole facility was clean and tidy, and the units well maintained. Trolleys and lift were provided as well. Highly recommend.
